Business Executives and High Performers are frequently sponsored by organisations to accelerate their impact in order to successfully engage with senior stakeholders and influence others, and to develop and grow in order to prepare for larger roles.

Through my coaching, individuals update their communication style, reduce self-sabotage behaviours, ensuring that they are positioned to maximise their potential. Increasingly, ‘executive gravitas’ and the ‘ability to influence others’ are attributes that can be a knock-out factor holding people back from achieving promotion. Furthermore, the technical expertise that may lead someone to secure a senior role is, frequently, not seen as enough to allow that individual to ascend to the Board. By working one-on-one, personal impact can be addressed, and individuals can successfully evolve to create a stronger and more impactful personal brand.

I support individuals with preparation for internal or external career moves, planning effective transition and on-boarding.

Through ‘100 day’ and personal branding plans, we work to ensure immediate positive impact, adapting style to fit culture and successfully navigating the political landscape.

Maximizing early opportunities to influence in a new role, I work with clients to update their executive presence, style of messaging and guide them to understand how decisions are really made. Together, we establish the best approach to identify, influence and manage key stakeholders.

Returning to work after maternity or paternity leave can, potentially, be as daunting as starting a new role.  I partner individuals prior to, upon return and for the first three months, assisting in planning business performance, personal impact, onward career strategy and successfully manage work-life balance.

I coach business leaders and managers in techniques to performance-manage difficult people, engage in appropriate challenging conversations and effectively manage their personal brand. I help them to navigate complex global environments, influence stakeholders and articulate vision and strategy in an impactful way.  By providing a confidential sounding board for frustrations and brainstorming, we explore ideas, re-frame limiting beliefs and encourage creative strategic thinking.

I coach Executives to deliver memorable presentations and evolve skills and gravitas for impactful public speaking and influencing skills for challenging committee environments.

Leaders move from management to becoming inspiring leaders.

Personal interviews are conducted to understand feedback at a deeper psychological level and in order to inform assignments.  Collaboration is key and, in partnership with the coaches and organisation, we agree who could contribute.  Managers, senior leaders and peers provide useful insights on organisational culture, relationships, working styles, perceptions, the political landscape and what, potentially, is really holding the individual back.

Frequently, managers are limited in their ability to articulate the knock-out factors for promotion or issues with personal style and gravitas; I am able to get to the heart of the real issues and, most importantly, can assess what is NOT said and quickly establish what is influencing the landscape.

I also work with teams and bring them together to enhance business performance. These sessions can include facilitating off-site meetings.
